Who We Are

Empire Estimating is a premier construction estimating firm specializing in accurate, reliable, and detailed construction estimates. Our goal is to provide accurate cost estimates for affordable prices and deliver great customer service. Our firm is based in New York and has over 30+ years in the construction industry specializing and having vast experience in all types of projects ranging from apartments, residential homes, multi-family buildings, high-rises, government contracts, new developments, commercial projects, etc. On average our projects can range anywhere from $50,000-$500,000,0000. There is no project too small or too large that we can't take on. Our office has a total of 13 estimators all experienced and vastly knowledgeable in current market pricing and rates.

The Process

Email us the drawings in a link or pdf format along with the scope of work and bid forms if applicable. Once received, we will provide a quote for those drawings right away. Once a quote is agreed upon, we will invoice you for payment. Once the deposit is paid we will begin working on the estimate. Once the estimate is completed we will invoice you for the remaining balance. Once the balance is paid we will submit your estimate via email. All quotes vary based on the size of the project and the details of the drawings. Please email all projects to plans@empireestimating.com
